چکیده

Background: Acne scar is the most common complication in acne that occurs about 49% of individuals. Fractional resurfacing lasers such as CO2 laser and erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (Er: YAG) have been widely used for treatment give satisfying results complications pain, hyperpigmentation, infection, prolonged erythema, scarring. erbium: scandium gallium YSGG) solves previous techniques' disadvantages. It has an ideal wavelength 2790 nm, which balances epidermis layer's vaporization thermal damage dermis's superficial layer. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) autologous concentration human platelets a small plasma volume secreted various growth factors can speed up healing process.Case report: A-24 years old male student came with chief complaint scars on his face four before examination. The patient's condition classified moderate-severe scarring based Goodman Baron's criteria (qualitative global system). plan was single fractional YSGG left side combined Er: topical PRP right side. This procedure performed 2 sessions interval 4 weeks, final evaluation at 12 weeks after first procedure. Clinical improvement assessed using qualitative quantitative scales Baron's, patient observer assessment scale (POSAS), quartile grading scale, satisfaction level. Conclusion: In evaluation, there entire + PRP) face's only). Post-treatment erythema found both sides but disappeared within three days five
